Suicide bomber along with 4 terrorists reach Quetta for terror attack
National Counterterrorism Authority (NACTA) has issued a threat alert regarding terrorist activities in Quetta in which it disclosed that a suicide bomber has reached Quetta from Afghanistan for this purpose.
The suicide bomber along with four other abettors has reached Quetta from Afghanistan in a private car and their most likely target will be the major educational institutes in Quetta.
The NACTA has urged the Balochistan Home Secretary in the threat alert (407) that all vital installations, including important buildings, hospitals and schools should be kept under strict vigilance. NACTA proposed heightened security measures alongside extreme vigilance to avoid any untoward incident.
Threat alert-407-was faxed as most immediate letter on July 14, 2017. The letter was also addressed to Provincial Police Officer or IGP Balochistan and Inspector General FC Balochistan in addition to Home Secretary and these three were asked to act upon the suggested guidance.
