JIT proved entire ruling family is corrupt: Allama Ahmed Iqbal

Allama Syed Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi, deputy secretary general, Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, has said that Joint Investigation Team’s report regarding Panama Papers Leaks proved that entire family of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was involved in financial corruption hence Pakistan needs to get rid of the corrupt rulers.

Speaking at the General Workers Meeting in Karachi yesterday, he said, corrupt and killer should not be allowed to rule. He said that Lahore Model Town massacre was also a heinous crime on the part of Sharif family rule. He demanded that the inquiry report of Justice Baqar Najafi regarding the Model Town massacre should also be made public.
Allama Ahmed Iqbal said that since rulers were exposed in that report hence they decided to keep the report confidential so that people should not be aware of the facts regarding government involvement in the massacre.
He said that Sunni and Shia Muslims of Pakistan were united and they embraced martyrdoms but they didn’t bow to takfirism therefore their steadfastness defeated and isolated takfiris in Pakistan also.
Allama Azhar Naqvi, Mubashir Hussain and Ali Hussain Naqvi also spoke on the occasion.
