Shia professional Aneesul Hasnain taken into illegal custody in Dera Ismail Khan

The cops of Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police have taken a Shia notable into custody without informing him and his family members of charges against them. His whereabouts are not made known to the family nor was his arrest declared, so far.

Anees ul Hasnain, a Shia notable, was going to his office when CTD officials took him into illegal custody. He was not named in any case.
The family members of Anees said that the rogue elements of the CTD police kidnapped Anees. They said Anees must be produced in the court of law if there is any case against him or he must be released. Otherwise, District Police Officer (DPO) Dera Ismail Khan would be held responsible if Anees is harmed.
They demanded the Chief Justice of Pakistan and Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court to take suoi motu notice of illegal custody of Anees.
More than 500 Shia Muslims have been killed in Dera Ismail Khan but police and administration always tried to victimize Shia Muslims unjustifiably only to please the takfiri elements.
Shia parties have condemned this malpractice and demanded immediate release of Anees ul Hasnain.
