Absconding Lashkar-e-Jhangvi terrorist arrested in Sukkur
Counter-Terrorism Department of Sindh Police Sukkur chapter has arrested notorious terrorists of banned Deobandi outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, sister-wing of the ASWJ, who was condemned to death for his involvement in the massacre of devotees at Chaizal Shah Shrine in 2005.
Khali alias Jalil was awarded death sentence by an anti-terrorism court but he fled the court in a bid to avoid having been hanged. Now, he has been arrested, SSP CTD Irfan Sammoo said.
Lashkar-e-Jhangvi is sister-wing of ASWJ and it was named after founder of Deobandi takfiri outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba Haq Nawaz Jhangvi and now Sipah-e-Sahaba is working as ASWJ.
