Two Deobandi Taliban terrorists arrested in Karachi

Two members of banned terror group Tehreek-e-Taliban-Pakistan were arrested in the wee hours of Tuesday, said police authorities.

According to reports in a raid near SITE`s Malakand graveyard, police arrested two Deobandis affiliated with TTP`s Yasir Swati group, police said that they were involved in terrorism, extortion and target killing.
Two hand grenades and a pistol were recovered from them.
Furthermore, in a crackdown against illegal immigrants, at least 183 Afghan residents were apprehended by the authorities.
Search Operations
At least twenty suspects were detained by the law enforcement authorities in raids conducted at different areas of the city.
