Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari, secretary general of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen has proposed there must be a lifetime ban on those politicians who have links with the notorious terrorists of banned outfits.

He said that Punjab has been safe-haven for the terrorist of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and other banned terror outfits and media had been reporting their links with the influential and powerful politicians as well. Hence, he proposed that lifetime ban on such politicians should also be imposed to discourage friendly ties with the terrorists.
He said that elimination of terrorism in Pakistan was linked with the implementation of National Action Plan but the powers that be failed to act upon NAP in letter and spirit.
He said that the facilitators of the terrorists should be searched inside Pakistan because they are not outside Pakistan. He said that stern action should be taken inside Pakistan instead of focusing foreign countries. He said that facilitators should not be misunderstood as the one who only provides logistic support to the terrorists but all those are abettors and facilitators of the terrorists who support terrorist ideology by any means.
