Rangers will be given full authority in Punjab: Rana Sanaullah

Punjab law minister Rana Sanaullah has said that Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) have been deployed under Anti-Terrorism and Rangers Act and could carry out arrests and search operations within Punjab.

The law minister also revealed that any sort of permission will not be a compulsion in regards to any operation carried out by Rangers, he said in an exclusive talk with Dunya News.
He professed that all the forces can carry out any kind of direct or combing operation against terrorists.
Rana Sanaullah revealed that strict action would be taken against the terrorist elements no matter where these elements are found.

In its last meeting, Punjab apex committee meeting decided to seek help from Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) against terrorists.
