Shia legal aid committee member kidnapped in Karachi

The cops in plain-cloths have taken a member of Shia legal aid committee into illegal custody in Karachi yesterday. His family members are not being apprised of his whereabouts so far, according to reports gathered on Friday.

Arif Jafari was taken into illegal custody from II Chundrigar Road in Karachi. He had remained a close aide of martyr Askari Raza and till now he has been serving Shia community as an active member of Shia legal aid committee that is providing legal aid to the families of Shia prisoners.
Now, he himself became a prisoner of conscience like more than 100 others who have been taken into illegal custody so far.
