Martyr Shia scholar laid to rest amid slogans of Labbaik Ya Hussain

Martyr Shia scholar Kazim Ali Shakiri was laid to rest in Wadi-e-Hussain (AS) graveyard in Karachi on Wednesday (today) after his funeral prayers were held at Numaish Chowrangi near the mausoleum of founder of Pakistan Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

Eminent Shia scholar Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain led the namaz-e-janaza in which Allama Shabbir Meesami of Shia Ulema Council, Allama Mohammad Hussain Karimi, Allama Sadiq Jafari and Maulana Ali Anwar Jafari of Majlials Wahdat-e-Muslimeen also attended.
Kazim Ali Shakiri was son in law of MWM’s Allama Mohammad Hussain Karimi who was assassinated in Gulistan-e-Jauhar on Tuesday night.
Hundreds of the mourners attended his funeral prayers and funeral procession.
MWM and SUC have condemned the targeted murder of Shia scholar and another Shia youth in Karachi.
