Renowned Pakistani analyst Najam Sethi has said that it seems from his action that federal interior minister Chaudhry Nisar doesn’t want to take action against the banned terrorist outfits.
In his analytical conversation at Geo News talk show, Sethi said, if any outfit is not banned but he remains involved in sectarianism, that cannot be said terrorist but if an outfit is banned then nobody can claims that banned outfit was not a terrorist organization.
“If an organization is not a terrorist outfit, then, why ban was imposed on that particular outfit,” he asked. Sethi inferred from statements of the interior minister that he will not take any sort of action against banned sectarian terrorist groups.
On the issue of Raheel Sharif in Saudi-led military alliance, he said, retired general would not accept any such position after a controversy on his appointment.
