Wall chalking in favour of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban of Pakistan (TTP) has repapered in parts of Karachi raising questions about the efficacy of the National Action Plan that was chalked out for counterterrorism operations.

The graffiti appeared in Manghopir and Kawari Colony where biased police had arrested a peaceful Shia cleric in a false case and because of diversion of the focus of the law enforcement agencies, the terrorist outfits feel free to continue their activities.
Police and rangers had claimed that Manghopir and Kawari Colony were no more no go areas in Karachi because they had eliminated the banned Deobandi Taliban and allied outfits.
Now, the supporters of the banned terrorist Taliban have given a clear message by inscribing the slogans such as: Your activities remain under our watch, long live Khalid Sajna (of TTP). Long live Taliban, etc.
These slogans on Karachi walls proved that National Action Plan failed to achieve its goals.
