Proscribed mother of all terrorism ASWJ holds takfiri gathering in Islamabad

Proscribed Deobandi terror group Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ), held a gathering in the heart of Islamabad despite the enforcement of section 144 and in spite of the fact that government had launched a crackdown on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and its ally Sheikh Rashid so that they could not able to stage rallies on Friday. People across Pakistan were surprised and shocked to see the takfiri Deobandi mother of all terrorism holding the gathering under the nose of the power that be.

Despite the imposition of Section 144, which had been used by the government to stop a convention of the PTI workers on Thursday evening, ASWJ comfortably held its annual conference on Friday, provoking many to accuse the government of double standards.
“This programme is a traditional conference similar to the traditional gatherings and processions related to Muharram. Therefore, the restriction of Section 144 does not apply to us,” Hafiz Uneeb Farooqui, a spokesman for the ASWJ Islamabad chapter lied because Moharram congregations have never been a show of terrorist outfits and equating the hatemongering terrorists with peaceful mourners of Moharram was totally baseless and unjustifiable.
Meanwhile, an officer of the capital administration said that ASWJ was asked to revalidate its permission issued by the deputy commissioner office on Thursday night and eventually the NOC was granted that was shocking because a proscribed terror outfit should have been dealt with sternly.
“Usually, there is no trouble with traditional events but the administration has certain SOPs and we ask the organisers to ensure that their event would not add fuel to the fire or that they would not use the platform against the government,” the officer said but he too was lying because ASWJ terrorists raised takfiri slogans declaring the founder of Pakistan Mohammad Ali Jinnah as infidel.
As hinted by the government officer, the speech made by ASWJ leader Ahmed Ludhianvi reflected the pro-government stance as he criticized both Imran Khan and Sheikh Rashid Ahmed for creating disturbances in the twin cities.
However, leaders of the Defence of Pakistan Council (DPC), allies of Ludhianvi did not participate in the gathering.
Terror ringleader Ludhianvi announced he filed his documents to contest by-election on December 1 for a Punjab Assembly constituency that was also surprising because he was named in fourth schedule and his terror outfit was proscribed so people of Pakistan are agape how he was allowed to file nomination papers.
Meanwhile, there were rumours that Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) leader Hafiz Saeed would be attending the ASWJ gathering. But a senior party office-bearer said that it had been decided that JuD would be represented in the gathering.
“Even if the situation had remained normal in the twin cities, Hafiz sahib was not scheduled to attend the gathering due to ASWJ’s pro-sectarian nature,” the office-bearer said. “We have stressed this point in the DPC and other forums too that sectarianism needed to be curbed.”
