Three terrorists killed in a gun-battle with Rangers in Karachi
Three terrorists were killed during an encounter with Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) in Karachi in the wee hours of Wednesday.
According to a spokesman for the paramilitary force, Rangers conducted the raid in port city’s Baldia Ittehad Town locality on a tipoff. He said that the terrorists started firing on Rangers personnel and were killed in retaliatory firing. The identity of the terrorists was yet to be ascertained.
Rangers’ spokesman said that two Rangers personnel were also injured during the gunfire who have been shifted to a hospital.
He further said that weapons were recovered from the terrorists which were handed over to police.
