Sunni Mufti sees JUIF Chief Fazlur Rehman’s involvement in KPK minister assassination
A known Sunni Mufti of Pakistan has said here that Fazlur Rehman was involved in the suicidal attack that claimed the lives of Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa’s minister Asrarullah Gandapur and other Muslims on Eid ul Azha.
Mufti Abdul Qavi, who has joined the Imran Khan-led Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI), condemned the suicidal attack on Asrar Gandapur, who was also a PTI leader.
“It seems that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F)’s Fazlur Rehman got Asrarullah Gandapur eliminated because he had defeated the JUIF in Fazlur Rehman’s home district,†he said in an interview.
He further said that Muslim word was divided between two camps. He said that Islamic Republic of Iran leads one camp and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia leads second camp. He criticized the Saudi monarchy for its pro-U.S. role in Egypt and said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was on the wrong side of the justice and history.
