Five takfiris held with arms in intelligence-based operation in Multan

Police and intelligence agencies have conducted a joint search operation in the jurisdiction of Saddar Police Station and New Multan of Friday and arrested five suspects. They are said to be affiliated to a banned Deobandi takfiri outfit.

Police sources said that arms were also recovered from the suspects. Sources further said that the arrested persons were shifted to some undisclosed location for further investigation.
