Pakistan’s FO Silence at Modi’s Lamblaste on Indpendence Day

Pakistan’s Foreign Office is yet to comment on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi annual speech on Independence Day where he accused Pakistan of committing human rights violations in Balochistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Modi delivered his speech in New Delhi where he mentioned people of Pakistani areas to have thanked him for drawing attention to their troubles. Modi had accused Pakistan of fomenting trouble in Indian-occupied Kashmir and had warned Pakistan that it would have to answer for rights violations in Balochistan and Azad Kashmir.

It is no secret to the world of the human rights violation committed at the hands of Indian forces in the occupied land of Kashmir. Human rights abuses in the Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir state are an ongoing issue. The abuses range from mass killings, enforced disappearances, torture, rape and sexual abuse to political repression and suppression of freedom of speech.

Surprising enough that Pakistan is busy sending mangoes across the border to modi while he manages to get away with murder. With his hands bloody with the massacre of innocent kashmiri muslims, and with dirt found of Balochistan in his feet, Pakistan is yet to defend its stance and out-blast modi’s claim in our territory.
