Tahirul Qadri and Sheikh Rasheed Pledge Support to Allama Raja Nasir Abbas

Tahreek Minhaj ul Quran (TMQ) Supremo Allama Tahir ul Qadri led a delegation of high officials, Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed and workers from his organization to meet Majlis Wahdat ul Muslimeen (MWM) Chief Allama Raja Nasir Abbas at the hunger strike camp at Press Club Islamabad.

Allama Tahir ul Qadri addressed the media and audience present, alleged that the state not only facilitating and supporting but as well party to terrorism across Pakistan. He said that a particular faction’s elite are being targeted in Pakistan with whom the regime have a dispute.

Tahir ul Qadri uttered that the current government stands a combination of Pharoah, Qaroon and Yazid’s regime. He urged the departments of Pakistan to take immediate notice to these atrocities par ‘State Terrorism’ on innocent masses. Should this not be addressed at this stage, he forecasted anarchy in the country.

He expressed that for the past three decade Pakistan is smeared with a flare of sectarianism. Muslims in Pakistan live in fear and despair due these killings bringing terrorism to the state.

While pledging pledged support to MWM’s Chief Allama Raja Nasir Abbas claiming his demands to be right, Tahir ul Qadri said that the governments’ arrogance is shameful as that man’s hunger strike has gone beyond two months.

“Should we be called upon, we will stand with MWM on any platform”, he said.

Minhaj ul Quran Pakistan along with Majlis Wahdat ul Muslimeen is organizing a platform, bringing all national stakeholders to the table on July 31.

Allama Raja Nasir welcomed Tahir ul Qadri, Sheikh Rasheed and others appreciating the gesture and allegiance. Allama Nasir said that his demands are not only for the Shiites in Pakistan but for the 20 million living across the country, demanding a safer Pakistan rid of terrorism.

Allama Nasir alleged that Zarb-e-Azb is sabotaged through National Actions Plan (NAP) itself. In the name of NAP many a innocent are targeted, usually belonging to a particular sect. ‘State Terrorism’ has taken a new name under NAP. He said that all but the current regime has come to show support against terrorism to his Hunger Strike camp. He said that despite governments ignorance, he will stand tall and this protest will continue. On July 17, the MWM women wing will come forth protesting, while on July 22 all main stream highways will be witness a sit-in.

On this occassion Sheikh Rasheed said that Allama Nasir is a vital part of Pakistan and that pakistan needs him. He said that we cannot lose you due government’s idiocy, as they stand deprived of human values.
