NATCO Bus Attacked Near Haripur

Unknown miscreants attacked a bus, belonging to a private firm – NATCO, traveling from Rawalpindi to Gilgit.

The Northern Area Transport Company (NATCO) Bus, reached Haripur around maghrib time when unknown assailants attacked the bus by pelting it with stones.

The situation in Haripur can be termed deteriorated as this remains a consecutive incident after Deputy Director Bail-ul-Maal Haripur Nayyer Abbas Jafri was shot injured severely. He was rushed to the hospital where he still is under treatment. Nayyer Abbas is an active leader of Haripur with his wife as MWM KPK secretary general.

These incidences and the growing threat of militancy in the region is bringing question upon operation zarb-e-azb and National Action Plan.
