MWM backs PTI demand for probe of panama leaks allegations
In a bid to gather political support from all quarters, vice chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Friday held a meeting with the leadership of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen (MWM) Secreteray General Allama Raja Nasir Abbas at MWM Islamabad Secretariat and the leaders of both the parties demanded inquiry into the Panama leaks.
`This demand to hold inquiry for determining the truth is not only a demand but a right of every citizen of Pakistan,` Secretary General, MWM Allama Nasir Abbas, along with Shah Mehmood Qureshi told media persons.
Both the leaders announced to launch a joint struggle against corruption in the country.
PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi told journalists that the incumbent rulers have lost the right to rule after the corruption scandal. He applauded the role of MWM for unity among the Muslims in Pakistan and underlined the importance of the role of MWM to free the country from corruption.
Shah Mehdmood Qureshi congratulated Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari over his reelection as a secretary General of MWM and presented the bouquet of follower’s to him on behalf of PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas vowed that his party would not allowed the looters to grab national wealth of the country and backed the demand of the formation of inquiry commission under chief justice of Pakistan to probe the allegations punished in panama leaks.
