Women and Mothers Day Festival held to mark birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS)

mwm womenWomen and Mothers Day was observed in Karachi under the aegis of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen women wing to mark the birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS).

Shia Muslim women from all parts of Karachi largely attended the ceremony. A festival like environment was seen at the venue of celebration. The model of the house of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS) was constructed. Women held stalls and for the children it was a fair like situation.

Allama Aijaz Behishti, Allama Hassan Zafar Naqvi, Khanum Mah Jabeen and Khanum Zahra Najafi of the MWM spoke and highlighted the holy life and struggle of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS), beloved daughter of Hazrat Mohammad, the last apostle and prophet of God.

They said that Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS) actively joined the struggle of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) and her spouse Hazrat Ali (AS) in preaching Islam.

They said that Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS) was an ideal daughter, ideal wife and ideal mother. They said that she is the best role model for all women of the world. They said that Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS) is the leader of women in paradise.

They urged the women of the world to follow the footprints of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS) for good life in this temporal world and hereafter.
