500 suspects nabbed during ‘grand’ operation in Peshawar

Security forces and police nabbed over 500 suspects including 205 Afghan nationals, as they conducted a search operation in various parts of the city.

Heavy weapons including 20 pistols, three rifles and scores of bullets were recovered from them, police said.

The operation was conducted at Faqirabad, Hasht Nagri, Sarband, Hayatabad and Agha Mirjani areas.

During the ‘grand’ operation 500 houses were search by women police officers and sniffer dogs.
