Operation in Punjab expands

Shiite News: Spokesperson of Pakistan Army Asim Saleem Bajwa has said that terrorists are escaping to other areas after the military Operation in Punjab due to which the area of the operation is being expanded.

He said “Terrorists are moving towards southern areas of Punjab, including Raheem Yar Khan and Roojahan, due to operation Zarb e Azb”. He reinstated the aim to continue the operation in different areas of Punjab with cooperation of police, military, commandos and CTD.

Analysts are of the view that the operation in Punjab has started after severe conflicts between Federal and provincial government and after continuous demands by two major parties of Sindh that, after Karachi, a military operation should also be started in Punjab.
