Takfiri terrorist of outlawed SSP allowed to contest Election

In what appeared a clear violation of the Constitution and electoral laws of Pakistan, notorious takfiri nasbi terrorist of outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba/Lashkar-e-Jhangvi has been allowed to contest the Elections and objection to his candidature was rejected by the appellate tribunal on Wednesday
 
Maulana Mohammad Ali Hussaini, an electoral contender of the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, had filed appeal against the nomination papers of Aurangzeb Farooqi and also submitted evidences that he was a terrorist and sponsor terrorism and takfiri ideology of hate. The infamous Farooqi has filed nomination paper to contest election from PS-128.
 
The eminent religious scholar Mr. Hussaini proved that Farooqi is a terrorist and his video was presented to the election commission and returning officer.
 
The appellate tribunal rejected the plea on the pretext that Maulana Mohammad Ali Hussaini is not a resident of PS-128.
