The terrorists who perpetrated Chilas Tragedy have not arrested despite lapse of a year

The police and other law enforcement agencies havefailed to arrest the terrorists who had perpetrated massacre of innocent Shia Muslims in Chilas Tragedy.
 The takfiri nasbi terrorists of notorious Sipah-e-Yazid (called them Sipah-e-Sahaba and bann ed by the government) had pulled the Shia passengers out of the bus and shot them martyred or tortured to martyrdom. The notorious terrorists are backed and trained by the trio of the U.S., Zionists and Wahhabists Saudi monarchy.
 
The notorious terrorists had released the video of the Chilas Tragedy in which the terrorists were visible and identifiable. People were expecting that the security agencies would manage arrest of the terrorists but their failure cast doubts on their obedience and loyalty to the law and Constitution of Pakistan.
 
Shia parties and leaders have condemned the inaction of the police and intelligence agencies against the said terrorists. They demanded arrest of the terrorists without any delay.
