PM and Army Chief expected to meet Leader of Revolution in Tehran

Shiite News: PM Nawaz Sharif and Army Chief General Raheel Sharif have flown to Iran after completing their one day visit of Saudi Arabia. Both the leaders will meet Iran’s President Hassan Rohani and senior officials and are also expected to meet the leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei.

PM Nawaz Sharif and Army Chief General Raheel Sharif went to Saudi Arabia with a senior delegation on Monday in order to mediate between Saudi Arabia and Iran to ease the ongoing tensions. Both the leaders met Saudi King Shah Salman bin Abdul Aziz in Riyadh’s palace in which PM Nawaz Sharif asked to peacefully solve the differences between Saudi Arabia and Iran for the sake of Muslim Ummah.
