Not being able to stop terrorists’ funding is government’s incompetency: Sahibzada Hamid Raza

Chairman of Sunni Ittehad Council Pakistan Sahibzada Hamid Raza while addressing a gathering in Faisalabad expressed the nation’s determination to foil every conspiracy against defense institutions. He said “nation’s expectations are not from Nawaz Sharif rather from General Raheel Sharif. Punjab government has failed to destroy terrorists’ nurseries in northern Punjab that has become another Waziristan. Government has proved its incompetency by not being able to stop terrorists’ funding. Sympathizers of banned organizations are sitting in Punjab cabinet”.

He also blamed Muslim League-N and Peoples Party to be biased against the military and asked the federal government to leave its biased policies and asked the PM to openly support and stand with defense institutions.

He further said “supporting corrupt people is against democracy and baneful for the country. Muslim League-N and Peoples Party are each other’s insurance policies. Country’s politics has been hijacked by the mafias. Our country need honest and people capable of leadership, government has failed on every front. Load shedding of electricity and gas has made peoples’ lives difficult and government, instead of eradicating poverty, has been eradicating poor people. The FIR for people who have died because of poverty should be registered against the rulers”.

“Limiting Rangers powers is treachery with the country and the nation. Accountability process should also be started in Punjab. Terrorism cannot be eradicated from Pakistan without ending foreign involvement in the country”, Sahibzada Hamid Raza said.

Hamid Raza also demanded that action be taken against madaris involved in terrorism and the process of madaris’ registration should be completed on urgent basis.

“Only few points of the NAP have been acted upon. Corruption has eaten Pakistan like termite. N league could not provide a permanent foreign minister in 3 years and the government has not been paying attention to the matter of bringing reforms in FATA”, he added.
