Shias and Sunnis of Pakistan will conjointly celebrate last Prophet’s birth anniversary: Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri

“Shias and Sunnis of Pakistan will conjointly celebrate the ‘wahdat (unity) week’ from 12th till 17th Rabi ul awal on the auspicious occasion of birth anniversary of the last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). Joint gatherings will be arranged in this regard, people of both sects will participate in rallies and hence, will spread the message of unity. We invite people from all schools of thoughts to practically show the unity by participating in such programs and foil enemies’ plans. Shias and Sunnis should jointly take out processions of Eid Milad un Nabi (PBUH) and members of MWM should welcome the participants of processions and arrange sabeels (water and juices’ stalls)”. These thoughts were expressed by the central secretary general of MWM Pakistan Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri in his congratulatory message issued from Whadat House Karachi in accordance with the auspicious occasion of last Prophet (PBUH)’s birth anniversary.

He also said “Like the rest of the wolrd, Shias and Sunnis of Pakistan are also united and there is no sectarianism. There is only a handful of people in the country who, due to their takfiri ideology, wants to destroy the country’s peace but we will foil their plans with our unity. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)’s personality is the point of unison for Muslims of the whole world”.

Allama Raja Nasir urged the people of Islamic world to follow Prophet (PBUH)’s personality and life in order to fight with the conspiracies of the enemies of Islam. He said “Muslim world is the target of the conspiracies and planning of international oppressive forces. The US has made Nigeria, Iraq and Syria as its laboratory. Muslim Ummah should fight against all evil conspiracies of ‘Alam e Kufar’ (the non-believers) by associating with Quran, Sunnah and Ahl e Bait. Handful of terrorist elements have been trying to impose their takfiri ideology over both Shias and Sunnis but people need to foil their schemes with thoughtfulness and wisdom”.

He demanded the government to ban all those outlawed organizations that have been working by changing their names and their activities should be stopped. Allama Raja Nasir also demanded the Election Commission to cancel the registration of such parties. He further demanded to close all those madaris involved in terrorism, foreign funding should be stopped and all those NGOs working for the international oppressive forces also be closed.

MWM Karachi division will arrange Milad gatherings, during the wahdat week from 12th till 17th rabi ul awal, in Nazimabad, Incholi, FC Area, Rizvia society, Gulshan e Iqbal, Gulistan e Johar, Shah Faisal Colony, Malir, Landhi, Korangi, Steel Town, New Karachi, Lines Area, Soldier Bazar and Kharadar whereas central camp and sabeel will be set up at main Numaish Chorangi on M.A.Jinnah road.
