Mufti Jafar Hussain Struggled for the Supremacy of Constitution and Law in Pakistan: Allama Shabbir Maisami

Shiite News: Central Secretary General of the Shia Ulema Council Pakistan, Allama Dr. Shabbir Hasan Maisami, paid tribute to the late Leader of the Jafaria community, Allama Mufti Jafar Hussain, on the occasion of his 43rd death anniversary.

In his statement, he said that Mufti Jafar Hussain made a determined and sustained effort to establish and uphold the Constitution and the rule of law in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Appreciating the late Mufti Jafar Hussain’s scholarly and intellectual contributions, Allama Shabbir Maisami emphasized that the solution to the country’s current problems lies solely in the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law.

The Central Secretary General further said that the struggle in this regard, from the first leader Agha Muhammad Dehlavi, Allama Mufti Jafar Hussain and the martyred leader Allama Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini to the present Leader of the Jafaria community, Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, represents a continuation of the same effort aimed at establishing the rule of law in the country.

Concluding his statement, he said that the caravan of Mufti Jafar Hussain’s movement continues to move forward with the same spirit to this day.
