55th Death Anniversary of Quaid-e-Awwal Allama Syed Muhammad Dehlavi: Allama Sajid Naqvi Pays Tribute
Shiite News: On the 55th death anniversary of Quaid-e-Awwal Allama Syed Muhammad Muhammad Dehlavi, Leader of the Shia Ulema Council Pakistan, Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, paid tribute to him in a message, describing him as a distinguished scholarly figure of the subcontinent and a great orator.
Allama Sajid Naqvi said that Allama Dehlavi had received his education from the renowned Madrasa Nazmia in Lucknow and rendered valuable services to religion and the community through his writings, publications, speeches and religious oratory.
Allama Sajid Naqvi stated that in 1964, Allama Dehlavi pioneered peaceful public protests through platforms such as the Shia Demands Committee and the Majlis-e-Ulema. By presenting the community’s demands in a logical manner, he achieved positive results.

He further said that despite his advanced age, Allama Dehlavi continued to serve the community with dedication and, despite limited resources, helped create awareness and a sense of unity among the people. Allama Naqvi added that efforts continue today to protect community rights, promote unity and solidarity, and strengthen sectarian harmony.
