Imam Hussain (AS) Day Seminar Held in Mehrabpur with Large Participation of Students and Teachers

Shiite News: The Imam Zain-ul-Abideen Institute of Quranic and Ahl al-Bayt (AS) Teachings, Mehrabpur, Sindh, organized its annual Imam Hussain (AS) Day seminar among students at the Free Tuition Center in Mehrabpur. A large number of students, both male and female, along with teachers, attended the seminar.

The seminar began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, performed by Maulana Najam-ul-Hassan Kararvi. This was followed by opening remarks from Ayaz Ali Khaki, Central President of the Imam Zain-ul-Abideen Institute Sindh.

Students delivered speeches on the life and teachings of Imam Hussain (AS), the philosophy of Karbala, and the significance of sacrifice. Hamd, Noha, and Salam were also presented during the program.

Addressing the gathering, Sohail Ahmed Motahari, Secretary of the Supervisory Council, said that Imam Hussain (AS) does not belong exclusively to any single school of thought; rather, he is a leader for all freedom-loving, conscious, and truth-seeking people. He said that Imam Hussain (AS) rose to safeguard Islam and oppose the oppression and deviation associated with Yazidi rule. He added that even today, the message of Islam continues to live through the name and legacy of Imam Hussain (AS).

Maulana Syed Safeer Ali Naqvi, in his special address, said that the teachings of Imam Hussain (AS) continue to awaken every conscious person, while the banner of the Master of Martyrs serves as a beacon of guidance for people of every school of thought.

At the conclusion of the program, Maulana Zain Raza Jafri led a prayer for the well-being and hastening of the reappearance of Imam al-Mahdi (AS).
