Zakir e Ahl-e-Bait (AS) martyred in a terrorist bomb attack in Karachi

A Zakir-e-Ahl-e-Bait (AS) (Shia religious speaker) was martyred in a terrorist bomb attack in Karachi on Thursday night.
 
 The gory incident took place in Orangi Town where a bomb hidden in a cement block exploded near a police mobile. Syed Fazal Abbas Kazmi was martyred due to the huge explosion. His body was taken to Imam Bargah Shah-e-Karbala from Orangi Town via hospital. The martyr belonged to Punjab province where his body was being shifted. He was also an official in Karachi police.
 
Official sources said that the bomb was planted in a block and one kilo explosive material was used in it. It was a remotely controlled bomb with a timer device also. Reports had it that the outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba/Taliban/Lashkar-e-Jhangvi had attacked police as a revenge for arrest of a terrorist of their group.  
 
Shia parties and leaders have condemned the loss of a Zakir-e-Ahl-e-Bait (AS) in the terrorist attack.  They demanded an army operation against the terrorists.
