Great Martyr Muzaffar Kirmani remembered on 12th martyrdom anniversary

Thousands of the lovers and followers of great martyr of Pakistan Muzaffar Ali Kirmani gathered on Tuesday night to commemorate the martyrdom of Mr. Kirmani.

Allama Mazhar Kazmi, Maulana Naqi Hashmi and Maulana Sadiq Raza Taqvi spoke at the congregation and highlighted the services of Mr. Kirmani. The terrorists of outlawed Taliban and army of Yazid shot martyred in Soldier Bazaar Karachi on February 5, 2001 along with his friend.

It is relevant to add here that Muzaffar Kirmani introduced a new trend in Shia journalism by launching weekly Nawa-e-Islam. He was a great leader and trend setter. He founded a Shia think-tank Baqiyyatullah Islamic Institute to propagate the true and brighter soft face of Shia Islam.

Several seminars were held and its videos were provided across the world to those who could understand Urdu.

He served in Tehrik-e-Jafaria Pakistan and also contested elections and he was the only TJP candidate who secured maximum votes in the elections from Karachi. Shia youths still adore him for his revolutionary ideology and service of humanity.
