Gilgit-Baltistan Elections: Alliance Finalized Between Islami Tehreek Pakistan and Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party

Shiite News: A major political development has emerged regarding the Gilgit-Baltistan elections. An agreement has been finalized between Islami Tehreek Pakistan (ITP) and the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP), under which joint candidates will be fielded in several constituencies. Following consultations between the leaders of both parties, the electoral strategy is now being given final shape.

The announcement was made during a joint press conference in Gilgit by Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party Gilgit-Baltistan President Haji Gulbar Khan, Islami Tehreek Gilgit-Baltistan Provincial President Allama Sheikh Mirza Ali, and other leaders.

It is worth mentioning that earlier, IPP Central President Abdul Aleem Khan had met ITP chief Allama Sajid Naqvi at his residence and expressed a desire for seat adjustments. It is being said that the alliance between the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party and Islami Tehreek will further strengthen their political position in the upcoming elections.
