Shia Leaders Hold Major Meeting in Lahore Ahead of Historic Minar-e-Pakistan Gathering

Major Gathering of Shia Leaders Held in Lahore, Preparations Accelerate for Historic Minar-e-Pakistan Event

According to ShiiteNews, a high-level meeting of the Ittehad-e-Ummat Forum Pakistan was held in Lahore, where discussions took place regarding the code of conduct for the “Shaheed-e-Ummat Conference.”

According to the spokesperson, leaders of various Shia organizations and institutions reviewed in detail the preparations for the nationwide gathering scheduled to be held at Minar-e-Pakistan on June 13.

Addressing the participants, the leaders stated that the June 13 gathering would hold historic significance for Pakistan and the Shia community. The people of Pakistan would renew their allegiance with the beloved leader of the oppressed and downtrodden and the great leader of the Axis of Resistance, Supreme Leader Syed Mujtaba Khamenei.

In addition, participants at the historically significant gathering will pay rich tribute to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei. Scholars stated that hundreds of thousands of supporters of the resistance movement from across Pakistan would participate in the Shaheed-e-Ummat Conference.

Religious scholars further stated that the primary purpose of the conference is to send a clear message to the United States, Israel, and India that their “impure interests” have no place in Pakistan.

The meeting was attended by Chairman of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, head of Tehreek-e-Bedari Ummat-e-Mustafa Allama Jawad Naqvi, Vice Chairman of MWM Allama Syed Ahmad Iqbal Rizvi, head of Ummat Wahida Pakistan Allama Muhammad Amin Shaheedi, President of Majlis Ulema-e-Maktab Ahlulbayt Allama Hasnain Gardazi, head of Jamia-tul-Mustafa Allama Hussain Najafi, Chief Organizer of MWM Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi, Chairman of Imamia Organization Lal Mehdi Khan, members of the central committee of the Shaheed-e-Ummat Conference, and Central President of Imamia Students Organization Pakistan Syed Amin Shirazi.
