MWM Delegation Meets Iranian Ambassador in Islamabad

Shiite News: A high-level delegation of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan (MWM) met with the Ambassador of Iran, Reza Amiri Moghadam, at the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad.

The delegation was led by Chairman of MWM and Leader of the Opposition in the Senate of Pakistan, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri. Other members included Chief Organizer MWM Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi, head of Majlis Ulema Maktab Ahl-e-Bait Allama Syed Hasnain Abbas Gardizi, Deputy Secretary General Zaheer Naqvi, and Vice President of Wahdat Youth Wing Raja Mustafa Haider.

During the meeting, both sides discussed matters of mutual interest, the regional situation, the Islamic Republic’s resilience in the field of negotiations, and the positive role of the Government of Pakistan in the dialogue process. Condolences were also offered on the occasion of the Chehlum (40th day remembrance) of the martyred leader.
