The program took place at Shahi Polo Ground, Gilgit, under the leadership of Quaid-e-Millat Jafaria Gilgit-Baltistan, Aqa Syed Rahat Hussain Al-Hussaini, along with Agha Baqir Al-Hussaini, and leaders from Nomal and Astore. The arrival of all leaders has begun.
