Parachinar’s children died of pneumonia due to cold weather and no electricity

Several children of Parachinar died of pneumonia due to intense cold weather in which electricity supply to Parachinar remained suspended.

Reports from Kurrum Agency, Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA), say that despite a cold winter season, electric power supply to Parachinar was suspended for quite some time. The relevant officials took no notice of the gravity of situation. And the intensity of cold and non-availability of electric power claimed lives of innocent children of Parachinar.

On the other hand, the government has not released funds for salary account of the employees of Parachinar.

The callousness of relevant government’s officials has stoked anger among residents of Parachinar.
