Shiite News: Addressing a public gathering in Peshin, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Suhail Afridi said that those who formulate policies about Afghanistan behind closed doors often criticize us, and when we speak up, they tell us to “go to Afghanistan.” Similarly, when he emphasized that the nation and Parliament should be consulted on matters related to Iran, he said, people are told to “go to Iran.”

Speaking at the rally, Afridi stated, “We are a dignified nation that does not consider someone who salutes Donald Trump as our Prime Minister. These people have always been subservient to the British. Is this Pakistan your father’s? No, this is my Pakistan. I am the owner of this Pakistan. I am an ordinary citizen, and it is the ordinary citizen who is the true embodiment of the state.”

He further said that there is only one leader in Pakistan on whom the entire nation agrees and who symbolizes national unity. “He is unjustly imprisoned in Adiala Jail. We must endure bullets for him and take to the streets for him. This time, when we march, we will do so with shrouds on our heads.”

The Chief Minister added, “I promise you that we are neither bootlickers nor can any power in the world defeat us. No power in the world can buy us. We will never let you down.
