fir apPolice has released those 6 Shia Muslims who were taken into custody in a false case that was registered on the complaint of Sipah-e-Yazeed’s takfiri nasbi elements in Hyderabad Sindh.

Background: Jubilant Shia Muslims were celebrating Eid-e-Zahra (AS) also known as Eid-e-Shujaa on the end of annual mourning that began on first Moharram and ended on 8th Rabbi ul Awwal in commemoration of anniversary of martyrdoms of martyrs of Karbala.

Like some other parts of the country, the jubilant Shiites burnt effigies of Umer Ibn-e-Saad, the commander of Yazidi army who brutally massacred martyrs of Karbala. Shia Muslims vented anger over Ibn-e-Saad that evoked a strong reaction from Sipah-e-Yazeed who misled Muslims by false propaganda that Shiites burnt effigy of second Muslim ruler (Caliph) Hazrat Umer that was strongly denied by the Shiites.

Nasbi takfiri elements of Sipah-e-Yazeed rallied and blocked roads and burnt tires to exert pressure on the government and police for registration of false case to implicate Shia Muslims for a crime they had not perpetrated. Finally, they got 6 Shia Muslims of Chandio Goth Qasimabad, Hyderabad, named in a false case.

Shia parties and leaders condemned the Sipah-e-Yazeed and police for the false case and demanded of the government to withdraw the case and punish the Sipah-e-Yazeed for the case.
