Federal Police filed case against the administrators of Procession

Yesterday’s attack of Islamabad police on the mourning procession under the leadership of SSP Islamabad Rizwan Gondal proved that SSP Gondal took the action upon the will of banned organization. Even a case was filed against the administration of Imam Hussain mosque in which it was stated that some citizens had objections due to which the procession was stopped.

Could the IG Islamabad let us know about the law and permit according to which the banned organization named Sipah e Sahaba was allowed to carry out processions on 1st and 10th Muharram and even security was provided to them? Whereas according to NAP no banned organization is allowed to perform any activity. To perform religious practices and customs is the right of citizens according to the constitution of Pakistan but Muslim League (N)’s government has snatched this basic right from some people. Even a common citizen wants to know that why the case was not filed against the banned organization? If it is all about objections then people of Millat e Jafaria also have several objections on processions of the banned organization. Things which were said in their 10th Muharram’s procession is still on record. State institutions should refrain from snatching the rights of common citizens because if it continues to happen then the repercussions will not be positive.
