Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Condemns Pakistan’s Inclusion in Trump’s “Board of Peace”

Shiite News: Chairman of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan and Leader of the Opposition in the Senate, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jaffari, has strongly condemned the government’s decision to join former US President Donald Trump’s “Board of Peace,” calling it morally flawed and politically indefensible.
He stated that the initiative undermines Palestinian self-determination by proposing an externally imposed governance framework for post-war Gaza, sidelining the United Nations and international law.
He warned that Pakistan’s participation contradicts its principled stance on multilateralism, particularly on issues like Kashmir.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas cautioned that aligning with such a framework risks damaging Pakistan’s moral credibility and weakens the Palestinian cause, which has always relied on UN-backed legitimacy rather than externally imposed political models.
