Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Appointed Leader of Opposition in Senate

Shiite News:The Chairman of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, has been officially appointed as the Leader of Opposition in the Senate.
The announcement was made with the approval of Senate Chairman Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani. Government and opposition senators congratulated him warmly upon taking charge.
Upon assuming office, prominent opposition members, including PTI representatives, also extended their felicitations.
This appointment followed the disqualification of PTI’s former Senate opposition leader, Shibli Faraz, by judicial order, leading to Raja Nasir Abbas’ nomination by former PTI chairman Imran Khan.
