US Failed to Weaken Iran, Say Pakistani Shiite Leaders

Shiite News: Sheikh Shabbir Hasan Maisami, Secretary General of the Shiite Ulama Council Pakistan, stated that the US has failed in its attempts to weaken Iran.
Highlighting global unrest, Maisami said that Western powers, including the US and the EU, continue a centuries-long legacy of oppression. He referred to recent US threats against Iran and stressed that the protests in Iran were initially against inflation.
Maisami noted that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei emphasized that while citizens’ protests are legitimate, the US attempted to exploit them through sectarian provocations and desecration of holy sites to weaken Iran.
However, the Iranian people have demonstrated their steadfast support for the Supreme Leader, showing that Iran remains strong and resilient. He concluded that support from other Islamic countries will further strengthen Iran.
