US Threats Against Iran Are Not New, Says Allama Muhammad Afzal Haideri

Shiite News: Secretary General of Wafaq-ul-Madaris Shia Pakistan, Allama Muhammad Afzal Haideri, said that threats and intimidation by the US and Israel against Iran are not new but reflect their long-standing hostile behavior.

He stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran is not so weak that a few protests over inflation could weaken the Islamic Revolution or restore monarchy. He said that the ideology of Imam Khomeini (RA) continues to guide the state with full strength.

Addressing scholars, he revealed that 95 percent control has been restored over protests in Tehran. He added that while protest is allowed, the Islamic Revolution remains a red line.

He concluded that regime-change dreams of the US and Israel will once again fail, leaving anti-Iran forces disappointed.
