Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jaffari Slams Pakistani Media

Shiite News: Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jaafari has strongly condemned the role of Pakistani media, stating that its collective participation in amplifying fabricated, malicious narratives by an Israeli writer against the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah al-Uzma Syed Ali Khamenei (HA) has completely unmasked its true character.
He said the attack was not merely against a personality, but a systematic assault on resistance, dignity, and Islamic consciousness. According to him, Pakistani media has ceased to function as an independent journalistic institution and has instead become part of a Western and Israeli proxy war.
Highlighting internal crises, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas said the nation is suffering from inflation, unemployment, poverty, and injustice, yet the so-called national media remains criminally silent. Public pain and struggle have been deliberately excluded from media agendas.
He further stated that even mentioning Imran Khan, Pakistan’s most popular political figure, has been turned into a crime, calling it an assault on democratic consciousness and freedom of expression.
Condemning the media’s silence on Gaza, he said that while Palestinian children are being massacred and hospitals destroyed, Pakistani media chooses artificial neutrality, erasing the distinction between oppressor and oppressed. “The day media erased the line between truth and falsehood, it expelled itself from journalism,” he concluded.
