ISO Karachi Holds “Shuhada-e-Hurriyat Conference” to Honor Supreme Sacrifices
Shiite News: Imamia Students Organization (ISO) Pakistan Karachi Region organized a “Shuhada-e-Hurriyat Conference” at New Rizvia Society on the anniversaries of Martyr General Qassem Soleimani, Martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, and Martyr Sheikh Baqir al-Nimr.
Prominent scholars, orators, and intellectuals attended the conference and paid rich tribute to the martyrs of resistance, highlighting their sacrifices, mission, and enduring legacy for the Muslim Ummah.
Addressing the gathering, Central Additional Secretary General of Shia Ulema Council Pakistan, Allama Syed Nazir Abbas Taqvi, stated that Martyr Qassem Soleimani and Martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis fought courageously against terrorism, strengthened regional security, and laid down their lives in defense of sacred Islamic sites, including the shrine of Bibi Zainab (SA). He emphasized that their struggle is inseparably linked with the liberation of Al-Quds.
Allama Nazir Taqvi strongly opposed the idea of deploying Pakistani troops to Gaza under the pretext of peace, stating that such a move would effectively amount to defending Israel, which is unacceptable. He reiterated that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s clear stance against Israel will never be forgotten and warned that disarming Hamas under such missions is part of a Zionist conspiracy to pit Muslims against Muslims.
Speaking on the occasion, Jafaria Alliance Pakistan Vice President Allama Baqar Hussain Zaidi said the sacrifices of the martyrs are a continuation of the eternal Karbala movement. He stated that Martyr Sheikh Baqir al-Nimr’s brutal martyrdom revived the voice of justice on Arab soil and laid the foundation for a living resistance movement against oppression.
