Addl. Session Judge seriously injured in a terrorist attack by Sipah-e- Yazeed
A Shia additional session judge was seriously wounded in a targeted attack of outlawed terrorist group Sipah-e-Sahaba (in fact Sipah-e-Yazeed) in Peshawar, Khyber-Pukhtoonkhwa province on Saturday.
Notorious takfiri nasbi terrorists opened fire upon a car in Hayatabad, Peshawar. Additonal Session Judge Syed Ahtesham Ali son of Syed Ibn-e-Ali was going to somewhere in that car. As a result of targeted attack on his car, he was injured. His condition is said to be critical.
Shia parties and leaders have condemned the attack on a Shia judge and demanded of the judiciary to take suo motu notice of the attack. They reminded that a number of lawyers and judges have either been martyred or injured in such attacks in many parts of the country.
