Shiite News: Allama Dr. Shabbir Hassan Meesami, Secretary General of the Shia Ulema Council Pakistan, expressed grave concern over the worsening law and order situation in Sindh.
He said that rampant daylight robberies and increasing criminal activities have left the public in fear and distress, while the government has failed to take any visible, concrete steps to dismantle the growing influence of armed gangs.
Referring to the police operation in the Machhar Graveyard area of Shikarpur City—launched after multiple incidents of looting—he praised the courage of the officers who came under heavy fire, including DSP Pars Bukhari and DSP Zahoor Soomro who were critically wounded.

Allama Meesami said such bravery deserves recognition, but partial and isolated actions are no longer enough.
Sindh is facing a severe security crisis that demands modern techniques and a long-term, sustainable strategy to eliminate dacoit rule.
He urged the Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, and IG Sindh, Ghulam Nabi Memon, to launch comprehensive operations that ensure the protection of citizens and the safety of police personnel who are risking their lives.
