Modern Slavery Enslaves Entire Nations, Not Just Individuals, Says Allama Sajid Ali Naqvi

Shiite News: In his message on the International Day for Abolition of Slavery, Allama Sajid Ali Naqvi said modern humanity suffers from far worse forms of slavery than the past. He stated that global capitalism, cultural imperialism, and political hegemony have trapped societies and nations in invisible chains.

He said financial institutions, economic sanctions, and foreign domination have turned entire states into dependents, while cultural onslaughts have attacked human consciousness and destroyed natural values. He cited Gaza as a glaring example of collective enslavement imposed through force and oppression.

Allama Sajid Naqvi stressed that without genuine commitment to equal human rights and implementation of international charters, humanity cannot be freed from exploitation.
