Palestinian Resistance Draws Strength from the Qur’an, Says Ayatollah Riyaz Hussain Najafi

Shiite News: President of Wafaq-ul-Madaris Al-Shia Pakistan, Ayatollah Hafiz Riyaz Hussain Najafi, said during a speech at Jamia-tul-Muntazar Lahore that the true source of strength for believers is the Holy Qur’an, which teaches freedom, fearlessness, and reliance solely upon Allah. He said that the tragedy of the Muslim world is its distance from the Qur’an.

Citing Gaza, he noted that despite global support for Israel, Palestinian Muslims continued resisting fearlessly because they learned from the Qur’an that fear belongs only to Allah.

He added that Islamic teachings reject racial and class-based superiority, stressing that the Prophet (PBUH) built an egalitarian society free from prejudices—leading to the establishment of a great Islamic state within 23 years.
